As an Otolaryngologist I have always been very cognisant of the possibility of inadvertently transmitting infection from one patient to the other or from a patient to myself. I have continued to make amendments in my work habits and clinical environment to mitigate this possibility. The COVID-19 Pandemic further re-enforced this commitment leading to various acute changes; for the better; in the office environment. I, and my other colleagues in the Kitchener/Waterloo, ON, Canada; collectively implemented these changes in our practices. It is my pleasure to share these projects with you.
